AD-40 Air Entanglement & Twist Tack

The Model AD-40 is Belmont's highly customizable air-entanglement machine. The machine's operation consists of a mechanical tension control system, an array of available air jet systems, and a 6 or 8 spindle auto-doff take up winder with all of the features and capability that you expect from a Belmont AD winder.

Like all winders in our AD series, the AD-40 air entanglement machine utilizes our patented Belmont CamPack for controlling doffing motions, ensuring that finished packages and empty tubes are at all times under positive control of the doffing mechanism.
