A-1 Vacation Rentals requires a two night minimum stay. The Holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Christmas require a 3 night minimum stay. Thanksgiving requires a 4 night minimum stay. (All nights will be at the weekend rate). The Rental rate will be adjusted at the the office when the reservation is received. An email confirmation will be sent to you with the adjustments made.
