Sheer Horizontal Shades

Sundown's Soft Sheers offer the perfect complement to any home décor. They feature the subtle beauty of a sheer drapery masterfully blended with the practicality and security of blinds.

Soft Sheers are available in light filtering or room darkening fabric styles to best accommodate individual light control needs. They are offered in both 2" and 3" vane sizes, offering wide view-through on the window.

Cord loop-operated sheers are available in two headrail styles: standard and deluxe. The standard headrail is composed of color-coordinated aluminum, and is featured on all shades less than 96" in length (unless specified otherwise). The deluxe headrail is slightly larger in size to accommodate longer shade lengths, and is comprised of white aluminum with a color-coordinated aluminum insert. The deluxe head is required on all Soft Sheers over 96" in length, but is available on all sheers upon request.

Tilt-only Soft Sheers are the perfect option for French door applications, transoms, or sidelights. A narrow headrail tilts the vanes to the open/closed position to combine privacy and light control with a sleek, streamlined look. Hinges and handles for tilt-only Soft Sheers are available in white, polished brass, or brushed silver to complement traditional door hardware. Tilt-only Soft Sheers are available in widths from 6" to 72" and lengths from 12" to 96".

Out-of-reach shadings are easily accessible and more functional with motorized control systems. Motors are concealed within the deluxe headrail and operated via radio-transmitter control device. Control options include handheld remote, wall-mounted switch, timer, or timer with sun sensor.
